This hotel is located in a convenient area, not too far from the famous fashion outlets on Riau street. The staff here is very helpful and kind, except for one female receptionist who was a bit rude. The room amenities are great, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also has a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where you can enjoy your meals and drinks. Breakfast here is delicious and they offer a lot of traditional foods. The outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax, and they also have live entertainment and massage facilities.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi offered and really enjoyed the rooftop pool with fantastic views of the surroundings. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and shopping areas.
The noise levels were incredibly high, with sounds from the street echoing throughout my room. the air conditioning system was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night.
